The president and his key civilian and military aids have been safely evacuated to the emergency seat of government. This evening at 2:35pm the virus has wrecked untold devastation on the civilian population and any survivors are encouraged to use any means necessary to stay alive. The president, whom I repeat is alive and well, will address the nation as soon as his command duties permit. This is the end of the priority 1 report.
