Getting stuck

Sometimes you might find yourself stuck in a place you can't escape from. Either you don't have a sledgehammer with you, or you can't sledge containers, or you are stuck on water, etc.

Make a ticket showing the location and your coordinates, then log out to preserve your character. When an admin is available to save you, they can advise you to log in on the ticket.

Alternately, if this is taking too long due to time zones, you can ask in #help if other players are willing or able to come and save you.

Losing items to bugs

We don't help with those situations, there's a rule covering that. Zomboid jank affects us all and we suffer equally.

Getting bitten on login

We have login protection, however it's not perfect and any player actions disable that protection. We don't assist in these situations, find a safer place to log out or communicate with other players to secure the login location.
